Most of these reviews are one-offs. I'm admittedly racist. (Meaning I choose my people first no matter what) it's a good place for Black people to buy. They are courteous and accommodating to us. Very rare for Indian owned establishments.

This dunkin always gets my order right!! The coffee is always fresh and not burnt and made as ordered. The manager here is on his toes and always makes sure that everyone is being attended to and is quick to respond if something goes amiss with an order. Probably one of the best Dunkins I've been to! Keep it up

The customer service is far beyond trash just like their dry & stale donuts. To be honest everytime I get a donuts it taste stale and a day old. There was an incident where the cashier took a customer who walked up to the counter , both ignoring the long line behind the previous customer. I walked out and went to a different Dunkin. There was an incident where the cashier took a customer who walked up to the counter , both ignoring the long line behind the previous customer. I walked out and went to a different Dunkin. Walked in to order and had to wait for 3 workers to finish their conversation. One takes my order and then looks at me like a deer in headlights because he didn’t pay attention to me but rather his co-worker instead. Place is also filthy. Garbage all over the floor. Cheese/eggs left out in the open with garbage on the counter next to food. When the sun hits this place thru the window you can really see how dirty and disgusting it is inside.
This particular store is dirty and smells a little like BO. The employees spoke broken English, they were a little rude like they didn't need us in the store, it was also empty so it seemed like they need us. Nothing was said or happened we got our stale food and beverages and moved on. Sadly we probably won't be back. Even sadder is it's most likely the surrounding neighborhood that contributed to the decline of this whole shopping center.

Customer service was fine. The way they make their food is something else entirely. The food was cold. It tasted like freezer. There was no ac in the establishment and it was 85 degrees outside, so why would the food be cold?? It doesn’t taste ready at all. The avocado TOAST was not toasted. The bread was soggy. I feel like I wasted 20 dollars on this. If it’s gonna be that expensive for a couple smushed hash browns and one toast it should at least be digestible. Ridiculous.

The placr smells, they close earlier than expected all the time, the doughnuts arent even fresh anymore,...also who hired these guys?? The dont speak no english and the dont care about their work. Smh, and they got the opportunity to work or run a business
