I’m really disappointed with this Dunkin’. The service is extremely slow, and even after waiting, they didn’t give me my bagel that I paid for. Definitely not the kind of service you expect when you’re just trying to grab a quick bite.

I’m biting into my sandwich and I find myself biting into some type of paper! Just makes me laugh because how can you fail this bad. Paper so thick I thought the cheese was burnt and crispy until I looked down.

Do not waste your time coming to this location I ordered ahead at 10:26 am is 10:51 and IM STILL AT THE WINDOW WAITING ON MY ORDERS AND THEY JUST TOLD ME THEY DO NO HAVE THE SANDWICH I ORDERED TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE , there is a huge line behind me and I’m still waiting on my food and the just asked me what I ordered ! Do NOT COME HERE I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE GOR THE PAST 3 weeks and is the same Every single TIME

I've been going here for 20 years and in the past 5-8 years they've been getting worse and worse. They always forgetting items and I only order on the dunkin app so how can you forget the items in the order if its laid out to you in black and white type??? You ask for alterations like light ice and get charged a dollar extra yet they still put the regular tons of ice .. you call the 800# and the franchise owner suppose to call you & doesn't.. he even there working and doesn't put all the items in your order a next week! I should be refunded half my order for their incompetence and me having to remind them of what's missing in my order like I'm a worker there!
Pic below suppose to be caramel crazed iced signature latte WITH whipped cream.. there's no whipped cream.. and its not hot here it's 25°F real feel sooooo .. yea they aren't doing things right

This location is horrible in the morning especially with the Indian ladies that are so concern with charging you 50 cent for less ice and not actually making the drink correctly and then telling you it was your fault because you probably didn’t tell the cashier overall I won’t buy from this location anymore this was the third time they messed up my order.
