Utterly went downhill. Acidic beverages that taste nothing like coffee. Have found plastic in coffee in past. Treated like a robot. No ambience. No chairs. Bright sterile lights. No sneeze guard. Open work space that leads into customer wait area. Completely unhygienic.

Very busy area. The staff is very nice. This Dunkin location does charge for everything, even the whipped cream. There is metered street parking, however, it is very difficult to find parking. Cash and credit are both accepted. 10/2024
Rude employees coffee is disgusting horrible it was more like dirty water with ice and a straw . The pastry are dry baked so small it’s horrible in there . The women are rude: never again .

I ordered on the app, and nothing I requested except for the size was correct. No whipped cream was added, no cinnamon, doesn't taste like a latte, and no white chocolate pumps. The flip did I pay 6 dollars for trash.

It used to be great but now isn’t - just like everything else in the 10461 zip code of the Bronx. If you pay for an iced latte with flavoured sweeteners, all you end up getting is a watered down coffee with none of the flavoured sweeteners you asked for. Will most definitely not be buying from here from now on because this has happened to me too many times.UPDATE- I also want to mention that I recently purchased a hot coffee here and at the very bottom of it were pieces of black plastic presumably from unkept coffee machines. Please do not try to suggest that it was coffee grinds because I wish they had been. This was large pieces of plastic!!!!
