Ordered a take out for two wake up wraps, 2 hashbrowns, 1 ice coffee and 1 matcha latte for delivery. When I opened the bag, there were no wraps and hash browns. I am not ordering from here anymore because it doesn’t matter whether I do a delivery or pickup, they always forgetting something.

I gotta say I never seen the employees take they time on my breakfast sandwich uh the am rush this young man did just that i was in a hurry for work i was a lil agitated waiting but let me telll yalll when i say every bittteee was amazing sausage egg and cheese on a crescent it was perfect i did not have to reheat it once I settled at work thank you keep doing what you do take your time!!!!! ❤️

Cant make a simple ice coffee.. they add what ever flavor they want. I ask for french vinilla and they add vinilla. I add espresso they dont put espresso but still charge me… smh they need to be retrain Asap. The app wants to charge for extra but dont add the extra we payed for… RETRAIN DD.

It's a nice place, clean place. However, there is no restroom. Staff is nice and friendly. I have visited the place several times and I was able to get my coffee in the matter of a few minutes.

Terrible service they could never get your order right ... when it comes to food I always get someone else order if I order coffee it's never what I order... Either they put too much milk or they put sugar and I never ask for sugar....Past five months I go there every morning in hope they will improve but they just ruined my day.. Nothing worse than your day starts with terrible coffee and breakfast...For this reason I love Starbucks all of the members are trained and professional and you always get what you order

Horrible experience. Waited about 15 minutes for the person working to actually even acknowledge that we were there. And then what he did he said he was busy. But in truth it was 2:00 in the morning and there was nobody else at the counter. I ended up walking out without ordering anything

Clean atmosphere, great staff, and fast service is what you will get at this Dunkin' I know the owner personally, and must say his values spill into his business. This has to be one of the better Dunkin's in the Bronx. I have never had an issue here. By the way none of the staff knows that I know the owner, which makes this review official and not bias. Thanks guys great work!
They really deserve a 1 star but they can just get rid of that review. Service here at this horrible. They changed my order from a large macchiato to an iced macchiato, I went back to the store (I ordered thru ubereats) the they guy tries to be dismissive of my complaint and concerns about my order being wrong and insisted that I didnt know what I ordered. Its printed clearly on the receipt 1 lg orig macchiato 3 mocha swirl 5 sugar and milk. I asked for the manager and he claimed to be the manager, and when I asked for his name he gave me 2 different names. When he made the hot coffee he gave me plain regular coffee. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted, if i didn't have to rush back to work i would've called the cops demanding a refund. Went from wrong drink sent to me to wrong drink given to me to rush me out the store. Terrible customer service
