I’m not one to write reviews but this specific Dunkin’ Donuts by far has the worst workers as in their extremely rude. I never have an issue with my Dunkin’ Donuts experience anywhere else but here in particular this one short lady with the heavy makeup is top 3 worst employee and the service is extremely slow too. I would recommend not going to this Dunkin if you want fast and respectful service.

The morning crew are and nasty to their customers as I learned the hard way. Last Thursday morning I was at the window and I spoke to a short Bangladesh female employee with glasses on , I asked for 2 Apple Fritters and 5 munchkins. After I paid I noticed on the receipt I was billed $3.50 for hot chocolate. I never made that order so when I went back to explain this error the lady was mad and said I should try it anyway but told her I don't drink that. She took my receipt with an attitude slammed the change I picked it up and left. Never again will I go there. They seem lazy too.

The service is terrible and slow. Even if the store isn't packed the service is still horrible. You need to practically yell out in order to give in your order, because often the workers, especially one of them who works at the front seemingly ignore you and sometimes they don't even give you cash back.

I’ve had several disappointing experiences at this location. On multiple occasions, my drink was either not prepared or I was ignored when picking up my order. While the drinks used to be made well, the quality has declined significantly. Additionally, during my most recent visit, one of the employees made an inappropriate comment by calling me “baby” while handing me my drink, which left me feeling very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, due to these ongoing issues, I will no longer be returning to this location.

Absolute trash, i am sick of wishing my coffee comes out tasting ok. Do not leave the store under any circumstance without trying it before you leave. Coffee was watered down to mop water. Every time I go in to order a cappuccino blast there’s an excuse. No whip cream. No coffee (at Dunkin’ Donuts?). No Ice cream?!? Todays excuse was the blender is broken. Why is the blender always breaking? If your employees don’t want to make it take it off the menu!!!

Closed two hours earlier then google said. Even though I was charged for my coffee when I went the doors were closed floors were mopped mind you it’s 8:15 right now. I saw someone inside so I know someone’s in there not picking up my call I’m a loyal customer and always come to this location how I payed for a coffee and it’s closed why would it even give me the walk in choice???

The service is very very slow. Employees are nonchalant and having a careless attitude. Coffee doesn’t taste very good. Tastes watered down. The hash browns were stale. Not crispy on the outside and soft in the middle as it should taste. The bagel was a little stale as well. Bacon was great though.

It was horrible. I ordered a medium iced caramel coffee, and they put so much caramel in my coffee that gave me a diabetic shock. They told me I couldn’t get some things that I wanted cause they were about to close at 8:30. When the time on Google says that they close by 10 PM.

This location is probably the worst Dunkin I've ever visited. Its dirty and very slow service. It took them 30 minutes to get my order. They made my coffee first and by the time the food came out, my foam had already become part of the drink.
