The service is very very slow. Employees are nonchalant and having a careless attitude. Coffee doesn’t taste very good. Tastes watered down. The hash browns were stale. Not crispy on the outside and soft in the middle as it should taste. The bagel was a little stale as well. Bacon was great though.

It was horrible. I ordered a medium iced caramel coffee, and they put so much caramel in my coffee that gave me a diabetic shock. They told me I couldn’t get some things that I wanted cause they were about to close at 8:30. When the time on Google says that they close by 10 PM.

This location is probably the worst Dunkin I've ever visited. Its dirty and very slow service. It took them 30 minutes to get my order. They made my coffee first and by the time the food came out, my foam had already become part of the drink.

Standard, nothing to write home about. Service was a little lacking and slower service but my most recent trip was during the morning rush so experienced could be excused. You basically order, move over to the waiting area and lookout for your order. Be warned they don't call out your order so need to go visually see if what's placed on the counter belongs to you. They also operate a Baskin Robbins in the same store but different registers.

Generally I really like to order their frappe and frozen coffee but this store didn't have it and I tried their coffee slushy and it tasted really bad. I don't know what happened but I couldn't drink it on that occasion until I felt sick to my stomach after just drinking it. a bit.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location ever! They are beyond slow and while customers are waiting in long lines and getting frustrated they are having conversations about everything except our orders.
