Don’t go this Dunkin’ Donuts , the ppl how serve u all they don’t manners how to talk people, the coffee is old. The doughnut is old and hard don’t come this place is too shitty.

I had to wait two long.
It's very off-putting and I felt really awkward standing and waiting for service. They're male manager, even though he seen that his staff was busy preparing other customers orders he should have started to take waiting customers orders to decrease the number of waiting customers but instead he ignored us to finish talking on the phone! I felt that his actions were very unprofessional and he should have shown better leadership skills.

Today in the early morning of 02/26, I received the worst treatment as a customer. I placed an order through the app, and when I arrived at the place the man who was working made me and a lady wait for more than 15 minutes in the cold (knowing that we were already there because he had already served the lady, he said he had no order and went inside) later when he came back and finally served us he told me he had no product I wanted, yelled at me, told me to cancel the order and went inside). I tried to cancel the order but was unsuccessful. Anyway, if you don't like your job, change jobs.
