The food at Dunkin’ Donuts is pretty good and the service is fast. The place is usually empty, but it’s kinda dirty outside with lots of homeless people nearby. Bathrooms are sometimes clean. The ice cream has a lot of frost, so it’s probably been sitting out too long.

The bestest mobile ordering experience I've had! Drove up to drive thru, and my name and order popped up when I said hello to the intercom. Nice touch! I'll show yall, but no specifics because I don't want judgment for my order of 4 🤣. Jokes aside, the cashier was so pleasant and the workers seemed to mesh well together. I just want to make your location aware that I contacted Dunkin Donuts Customer Service about the rude customer service that was completely uncalled for. Maybe if your team members listened better and improved on their communication skills. Then your team members would not have to ask customers to repeat their orders after it was clearly and concisely stated the first time. I said I wanted a Medium Hot Almond Spice Coffee in plain English. Its okay, when Customer Service follows...
