Dunkin'

It was Tuesday, September 30th at 11:57 PM. I’m leaving this review because the person working was on the phone while making my iced coffee, which is very unsanitary. When I asked him not to use his phone while preparing my drink, he ignored me and continued talking on the phone. When I confronted him again, he responded, “What’s the problem? Didn’t I make the coffee? So what’s the problem?” Instead of apologizing, he was rude, so I asked for a refund.

Every time we order from this location, they always give us the wrong order or either there has to be something missing. This is the worst location out of all the places I’ve ever been to.

I paid for an egg and white cheddar with extra egg and I received American cheese and only one egg. Usually I like this place but this was disappointing!

I’m actually very disappointed to write this review, especially since this Dunkin’ is the one I’ve went to the most. I asked for a simple Chai Latte, and when I broke open the bag, I found the cup’s sip area already open with next to nothing inside of it.

There was a slight spill in the bag itself, but that doesn’t account for the rest of the drink being gone.

I will say that I did get this through delivery, so it crossed my mind that it might’ve been tampered. But unless the delivery man has the magical ability to unseal then seal the bag within 7 minutes, I highly doubt he was at fault.

I am actually baffled at how this is possible.

Stay away from here ,not fresh

The vanilla latte was really good.

Don’t go here if you want your bagels toasted all they do is microwave your bagels and five minutes later it’s hard as a rock not recommended

I constantly have issues with one of the servers here. She has argued with me several times and has been wrong and rude EVERY TIME. Everyone makes mistakes and deserves grace but the attitude afterwards is so unnecessary. For example I ordered a nitro cold brew with cold foam on the app, and instead of trying to hear me out and understand her mistake, she just yelled and refused to make my drink correctly .
