Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to.
They always serve old doughnuts that are hard.
The workers never want to do any work, they look at you like you’re stupid for being there.
They like to either hide in the back or in the bathroom.
So you always have to wait 10-20 minutes just to order. Then when you finally do get to order, they like to take their sweet time. Shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes in a Dunkin that only has me and 2 other people.
Go to any other Dunkin.

I normally don't like Dunkin. But service here is great. The young lady behind the counter was very kind and when I was uncertain she offered an option I was satisfied with.

I frequently order from the Dunkin location at 4147 Throggs Neck Expy, Mobile Gas Station, Bronx, NY. Unfortunately, there's a consistent issue with the workers being late with mobile orders and they always get the wrong order on the night shift. This constant delay is affecting my schedule, and I'm considering not ordering from this Dunkin location anymore due to the impact on my punctuality for work. I contacted the cooperate office for this and if I can find a way to reach their local management I would like to talk to them. I hope their management trains them better.

Idea for a quick pick up. You can order ahead on the app which saves time. Ordered a toasted bagel with butter and a iced caramel latte. Both were good. No complaints. Friendly service. Quick service even when they are busy. Would recommend ⭐️
