Staff is rude, never gets an order right then has an attitude when corrected like I’M not spending MY money for MY food, and they always have only like 5 donut flavor selections, seating area and coffee customizing section is always dirty. People really only go here for convenience.

Absolute worst customer service here they act like they are a small business who comes out of pocket for everything and not a multimillion dollar corporation that gets millions. They can never just make a drink correct and god forbid you ask them to remake something, now you’re asking for the world.

I recently visited a Dunkin' Donuts location and had a pretty good experience. The store was clean and well-maintained, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and efficient, managing to serve a long line of customers swiftly. I ordered a medium iced coffee and a glazed donut, both of which were
delicious and met my expectations. The coffee was especially refreshing, perfectly balanced and not too bitter. Prices were reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for quick coffee and a sweet treat. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

Literally just filled out a survey talking about how great and efficient this place is. Turns out, when they make a drink wrong, and I very politely ask them for the syrup that THEY forgot, I get accused of lying. “That’s a crock and you know it” was the exact wording, actually. I wasn’t rude, didnt demand, and would have happily paid for the missing syrup if they had asked. Instead, the manager very loudly tells her employee “that’s a crock” meanwhile they’re the ones who forgot the syrup in the first place. Rude and unnecessarily so, especially to someone who comes every day.
Use to be good but with newer staff there's always a problem with my order now. Gotten medium instead of large for drinks, missing items, recently I ordered a sugar donut not knowing they no longer carry it (I placed a mobile order and only come by this Dunkin now when I visit family who still live in the area), my order was there however I double checked and instead of a sugar they just threw in a jelly. If my sister didn't tell me I would have just grabbed my order and left. I'm

The recent reviews are accurately capturing the experience you’ll have as a Dunkin customer at this location. The staff is rude and do not pay attention to what you order. Always ask for a receipt because I’ve had them add donuts and other things in error and not remove it. I’ve been giving burnt food and the staff said, “it’s a little dark.” I’ve had to ask them to remake it when they’re well aware it’s burnt. They’ll hand you cups that are covered in coffee and other residue; I’ve worked in the food service industry and this is a sub par practice that is frowned upon during training. Today, the cashier forgot to finish making my beverage and started cleaning and joking with her coworkers. I’ve seen a manager tell the staff to “shut up” because they’re “the boss.” There’s no mutual respect amongst the team that translates to a lack of respect for the customer. They don’t respond to thank you, don’t apologize. Complaining to corporate yields no improvement, I recommend frequenting the Dunkin on Crosby Ave in Pelham Bay.

They do not know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino and then have the audacity to have an attitude about replacing your order.

The aged Workers are incredibly rude and bitter. Cannot make a coffee. Seemingly add their own fine prints to every promotion. I asked for a cinnamon vanilla iced coffee , and received a plain bitter vanilla coffee out of spite. Terrible location and disorderly.
