This is a small Dunkin' Donuts. The Donuts, drinks are always delicious. Once in a while, they don't have coconut donuts but today they I was lucky to get 2 coconut donut. The only down fall is the homeless people, are there most times. They will open the door, ask you for money and even come to the register asking for something to eat. This is a walk in and walk out Dunkin' Donuts. There are no seats to sit in at this location.

The best Dunkin. Always clean. The nicest staff. They’re always happy and working hard. My order is always perfect. It’s hard to go to other Dunkin’s because even the taste is not the same. I am a daily customer and this Dunkin deserves recognition for their excellent service

The staff are really inexperienced with working their app and don’t have the best idea of how to work the register either. Yesterday they charged me twice for a seven dollar drink, and I had to fight with them in order get the second drink (they made me pay for on the app) or a refund. They expected me to pay double price for a drink but made it right in the end after I proved to them with not only the Dunkin app, but my bank account that Dunkin had billed me twice. I’ve never experienced something so unprofessional from such straightforward and easy fast fast food/coffee chain

Order online and still when I arrived it took forever. I ordered two drinks and needed a cup holder I repeatedly called the employee in front of me and was continuously ignored until the point I had to get rude. Not to mention my food was incredibly disappointing. Don’t get me wrong I love Dunkin but this location is plain trash and lazy

Today I was sold stale donuts! I try not to buy too many donuts from Dunkin since they tend to only stay fresh for one day. The 3 jelly donuts I received were hard, while the other 3 donuts were soft and fresh. Disappointed! I will return to let them know about it too!

My only complaint today is the fact that it says its open 24 hours online and on the time posting in front of the actual establishment. Yet the door is closed 🤨🤡 the disappointment when i can’t get my cotton candy single scoop. Smh . Why post misleading information when it not even OPEN!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ today. First of all, I placed an online order, and when I picked it up, my sandwich was cold and burnt—completely unacceptable. On top of that, it was pouring rain, and my order was handed to me in a paper bag. I asked for a plastic bag since the paper was obviously going to fall apart in the rain, and I was told it would be $0.35. I explained that I didn’t have cash on me because I ordered online (which should have come in a plastic bag to begin with), but the lady at the counter was rude and completely unhelpful. Really frustrated with the lack of basic customer service and the quality of the food. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

I usually order a small iced caramel macchiato with two creams and extra ice nothing complicated. It’s $7, so I expect it to be made right. Today the woman filled the cup with milk. I reminded her I asked for two creams not all milk. She rolled her eyes and handed me a drink with just espresso and cream no caramel. I asked where the caramel was, she yelled, “I put the two cream!” I said okay I see that but I ordered a caramel macchiato.She slammed the drink on the counter like I was bothering her. Totally unprofessional. I didn’t ask for anything crazy. Just basic customer service and I got treated with pure attitude and the worst drink ever.

I usually get dunkin for breakfast before work and this location is pretty alright. The food is normal, nothing great, nothing terrible. However just sometimes they get my order wrong, but the workers are pretty nice about it. They are pretty timely, just sometimes quality falls short on some things. This is a fine spot if you don't want to walk too far, theres nothing really bad about this location.
