The food is okay but a lot of the times the coffee is old during the afternoon and evening. The employees can be rude, they can never seem to get coffee orders correct. I've been in and out of this place for years and only a handful of times was my coffee made correctly. The employees are slow and if your order isn't right and you tell them they seem to get annoyed.

I went to get a latte with cream and I was denied it because they want it to made my latte with the milk of their choice not what I was asking for. How does that make senses? I’m paying for a services and I always get my latte with cream and they stated “We can’t do that.” Didn’t even serve my coffee. Horrible service and very rude managers and employees. Now I have to pay for something I don’t even drink, how crazy is that.

The Indian guy that was make the orders/food on Sunday 08/06/2023 at 12 noon was yelling at the female coworkers while getting people order wrong.

I was disappointed only because I placed an order, received 85% of my order, and waited for 10- 13 minutes for my hashbrowns. The girl behind the counter prepared orders for those that came after me, and she did so proudly. Another worker came out and spoke to his coworker before fulfilling my order.

There's too much talking going on here to get immediate service. The employees spend too much time chatting amongst themselves to notice customers. When you are eventually noticed, they take your order and 8 out 10 times, you have to repeat yourself, they get your order wrong and then they expect a tip.

Dunkin' Donuts are no longer an American staple. There was a time when you would go in there get a coffee and doughnuts cheap. Now, both the donuts and coffee are overpriced. The hot sandwiches are garbage and the Iced Latte is all ice with very little liquid. As a customer, I will never set foot in a Dunkin Donuts again.
These employees have shown they are lazy. Everyday during the afternoon, they would make some stupid excuses about the Toaster/Oven not working.But in the morning it always works? Like what the hell? How the hell would it not work in the afternoon but in the morning it does.. I'll tell you why, because their lazy that's why. Their attitude is an issue as well, I had just picked up my food and was about going to day. I then realized that I was missing my Bagel from my Bag, I confronted the staff about it, and they just laughed about it and refused to give it to me, I told them nicely if I could get a refund at least but gave me the excuse of "Sorry there's nothing we can do"Absolute ridiculous...

Today I went to go get my coffee from the Dunkin on 170 grand concourse . I ordered one doughnut and a large iced coffee . Within a couple hours I’m throwing up , crying in pain because they gave me food poisoning. If you don’t wanna be in pain nor feeling sick I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUNKIN !!

This Dunkin is so disorganized and often slow. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese croissant and when I got my order there were two croissant with no bacon egg and cheese. I see the receipt said one which I hadn’t notice until after I left the restaurant but since the receipt clearly says bacon egg and cheese croissant Idk what happened.

This has to be the worst Dunkin ever I’ve been to, their coffee taste like warm Pi**, pretty much all the employees who works their are slow and slagging, I work super near to this one and I am everyday customer, they will always take their sweet time to get your order ready and meanwhile they will do their chit chat, because I completely understand their native tang so I get it completely what are they talking about. So after getting on spot horrible service I started using the dunkin app and place the order before I go to the store, so by the time I am in the store my order will be ready, there has been times where I gave them 15 minutes after placing an order for a small cappucino and when I went there after 15 minutes my order wasn’t even ready. The employees needs to be trained well.
