Lunch break while in the nabe for Bronx Civil Court I decided on one small raspberry watermelon fresher with lemonade $2.49 and one apple Fritter donut $4.09 since I had previously sustained my appetite early with substance. Ordering and payment was promptly efficiently quick as standard customer service - always avarice for taking customers' money. I voiced boisterously loud my measly request a sales receipt as the female cashier and server, with utter disdain, was acquiesce to print and provide a receipt. However, order fulfillment for delivering the product is an eternal wait as I was the last customer standing waiting for the sky to fall down. Last lone, one standing. All the Dunkin' Donut staff were faineants standing idle, but extremely busy chattering rapid fire in their native language full of malarkey as no one was actually fulfilling any orders. I had to extend my hand to grab my drink and again boisterously loud voiced my one measly apple Fritter donut that I am still waiting as part of my order. Customer service is egregiously horrible and nonexistent as the staff have no productivity, indifference, and no situational awareness for their malevolent behavior. Possibly ergophobia? Of course, no apology for their egregious error. Faineants!!
Dunkin' Donut store #350659 which sits directly across the street from Bronx Criminal Court and adjacent to a small shopping plaza in the vicinity of Yankee Stadium. It is accessible via MTA NYC Transit B, D and 4 trains at 161st Street - Yankee Stadium subway station.

The traffic flow is poorly managed the cashier is too close to the pick-up and at times this location is overcrowded. The staff managed to keep it together and was great at handling the crowd. There was an unfortunate party that was being Karens with their orders and delaying others from an African American wedding on this day. We got our order timely and no mistakes. I just wish they fix the traffic flow better...

that feeling when you drive to work and get there 30 min early and have your breakfast and you open up your food and this is what you see terrible terrible what's funny is i was in NJ 3 days before and ordered that same exact bagel and looked nothing like this
