The traffic flow is poorly managed the cashier is too close to the pick-up and at times this location is overcrowded. The staff managed to keep it together and was great at handling the crowd. There was an unfortunate party that was being Karens with their orders and delaying others from an African American wedding on this day. We got our order timely and no mistakes. I just wish they fix the traffic flow better...

that feeling when you drive to work and get there 30 min early and have your breakfast and you open up your food and this is what you see terrible terrible what's funny is i was in NJ 3 days before and ordered that same exact bagel and looked nothing like this

5 people visible behind the counter. Two working hard preparing orders and three in the back just talking. I was just waiting for my pickup which I could see was ready but behind the counter. The three people in the back couldn’t be bothered to help. Seems like weak management at the store.
