that feeling when you drive to work and get there 30 min early and have your breakfast and you open up your food and this is what you see terrible terrible what's funny is i was in NJ 3 days before and ordered that same exact bagel and looked nothing like this

5 people visible behind the counter. Two working hard preparing orders and three in the back just talking. I was just waiting for my pickup which I could see was ready but behind the counter. The three people in the back couldn’t be bothered to help. Seems like weak management at the store.

I ordered munchkins from here that were supposed to come mixed and they gave me just the plain ones and it was hard and expired . Today is 2/24/23 and date on the box says 1/06/23 that’s over a month old . This is unbelievable.

Yelp needs to add a zero option seriously this Dunkin' Donuts locations is soo beyond disgusting bro So I ordered a frozen coffee a medium size and when she does it she doesn't fill the cup all the way and I had to tell her I'm spending seven dollars you got a fill it up you know and as she is making the coffee I see the cashier who is the man he goes to the back where they're making a coffee you can see everything it's right there and I see this man literally scratching his foot scratching his stomach and I just turn my stomach immediately then I see him tendering giving the people the coffee no gloves were worn he was just handling the coffee just like that and I said it out loud that is nasty we in a Covid situation and these people are beyond disgusting when she gave me the coffee I asked for a refund because you're supposed to be sanitary especially in a business don't recommend this place at all folks

My experience at this dunkin donuts was not welcoming at all. The young gentleman at the register did not greet me, but rather said "what do you need?". He also denied me my latte because he said it was a health code violation to make a latte with cream; it is not a health code violation. I got the same latte with cream several times before this day. I will no longer visit this dunkin. It always boils down to management. I'm sure the manager knows this individual by now, and if he allows or encourages this behavior from employees to customers, maybe he shouldn't be managing. Either way, steer clear of this dunkin, there's bad apples in this tree.
