They should train their staff to serve those who make deliveries. I went to bring an order to this place and the employees don't even look at you, nor do they pay attention to you. Arrogant employees.

I was disappointed with the quality of the coffee I received. The latte was quite watery and lacked the rich coffee flavor I was expecting. There was confusion between a Cappuccino and a latte. This experience left me feeling like I didn't get value for my money.

I walked in and asked for a milk shake. The employee looked like he didn’t want to clean the blender and stared at the machines. He thought about it for a moment before saying, “Sorry, you can only order ice cream.” It wasn’t even close to closing time. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This gentleman should not be working at the register or interacting with customers. His energy is consistently rude especially toward female customers even when the mistake is clearly on his end. If a paying customer points out an issue with their order, the right thing to do is fix it, not respond with attitude. This isn’t the first time, second nor third. It only so much rudeness people gonna deal with.
Overall everyone else is great I never have any issues.
The latte was disgusting after waiting in a 10 minute line. I asked for a refund the man refused and then lied and said his manager was gone. Then I swapped the latte for a mini bagel and donut the mini bagel tasted old and stale and so was the donut and I couldn’t get my refund

The store is very terrible during after hours. They seem not to accommodate if you have an offer you want to use. End up charging more for when offers are supposed to be used. Also when it comes to coffee, like iced ones, be careful they add water to it so save on milk and other items at this store.
