i am writing this review to complain about the price. a very large coffee is 4.79 or around that amount. This is a very low income area. And there really is no reason for this place to operate in this hood. go to wendys which is about 2 blocks away. a large. coffee is under $2.

The staff is nasty the counter female snatched the money out my hand this morning and I promise if it happens again I'm catching a charge. They water down the coffee or serve you decaf when you don't ask. My coffee taste like shyt but I'm on the highway so I can't turn back around. This type of behavior is unacceptable either they switching what you brought to take the extra money out or something illegal is going on in there. Oh FYI don't get tough with me and be scared of the homeless guy begging for money at your door. When I go there tomorrow play with me if you want to.

I definitely would not go here the staff only care about money they don't care about providing good service I went here to get the new drink they have ice coffee with my wife and they system fail during our transaction ? so they thought my wife didn't have they money so they didn't make our drinks till the money showed up on there system but charged her 3 times
I open for my job early morning, so I stop by Dunkin to get my morning breakfast and coffee, this is the second time they gave me the wrong order. It was only me in Dunkin, how you don’t make the correct order with only one customer??? Here goes my day until 3pm. Unbelievable.

I tried calling the store and speak to the manager but the person who picked up my call couldn't understand english at all. I asked him," Can I talk to someone else". He said," I am the only one who is working".Note: Call time 8:50 PM. Always try your donut first before purchasing it.Terrible store employees.

Came here about 3 weeks ago. I ordered a large hot matcha latte. I always get my matcha from a Dunkin' donut in Manhattan they always make it perfect. This dunkin, they gave me a bland tasted like watered down matcha I took a sip and stormed back to the restaurant demanding them to put more sugar and milk. I can get green tea at a deli for $1.50 I asked for matcha latte with milk and sugar, not matcha water tea.
