The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever visited. I have an issue almost every single time i come here . The lady with the makeup and thin eyebrows is extremely rude ! There’s a couple of them that are rude . She will ignore you and hand you cold undercooked food. They treat you as if the food is free. Terrible service. They get the orders wrong then get upset when you politely ask for them to fix it. I will definetly take my business elsewhere. I spend wayyyy too much money on Dunkin to be treated this way.

Just a mess! I will never buy food from here again! The girl with the makeup that does the baking either gives you undercooked or overcooked food. Then when you say something, she always has an attitude. Then there’s an older lady that looks EXACTLY like her with makeup on, she’s either rushing you to order (she’s adding stuff to your order that your not asking for) it’s like she’s asking you if you want what you didn’t order😂 they overcharge more than the normal Dunkin’s and have the nerve to be having an attitude. Customer service is everything & MANAGEMENT need to work on it. Disgusting!

Disgusting Dunkin’, they should be replaced immediately. I came into the store for a cup of water and they refused to give me a CUP OF WATER unless I paid 1.29. Apparently they make you pay for everything. Their competitor Starbucks have never made any customer pay for water. I let her know it was illegal to refuse water. She then proceeded to say don’t believe me ask the manager. When I asked to speak to the manager she said they weren’t there. I asked why she offered that as an option. As someone who works in hospitality, I was disgusted. Will not be bad. The staff is extremely disrespectful and they are lucky to have me as a customer who is not that.

The staff are so rude. They argue with the customers and tell them "to get their orders right". Every time I have gone in, they have been rude, aggressive, or just plain horrid.
Morning staff always act like you're an inconvenience. They make online orders wait longer than in-store, constantly get the orders wrong, and act like it's your fault. Even if you ask nicely, somehow you're in the wrong for requesting changes. They yell at you and speak in the rudest tone possible, and they don't wear name tags so you can't report any of them to corporate for this abysmal service.
I'd suggest everyone who shops here go to the 161 St location.
