I've been to many Dunkin Donuts and by far this was a bad experience 👎🏾. I ordered a ice coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. The lady that prepares the food didnt even heat the bacon properly she just put it on top of the croissant and toasted it all together its supposed to done separate. When I got the sand with of course the bacon was not done properly and the croissant wasnt even toasted well 🤦🏾♂️. To make things worse the ice coffee i got tasted weired I couldn't drink it . I will never go here again .

horrible service horrible everything, I don't even know where to start I would never eat here I ordered a mango refresher just water large it tasted SO BAD, I found a piece of paper inside of it and It went into my mouth through the straw. I would never eat here anymore!

Horrible service at the front counter. The food i order had uncooked bacon in it disgusting and the receipt they gave me has wrong information, so your not able to give them a bad rating on it. Totally disgusting I have never seen this in my life.

Came in early evening. No line and no tables or chairs no problem. $6 meal deal came out good. Everything was hot iced coffee was made how i asked.

Customer service is so horrible they never get your order correct and also hand you unsanitized sticky cups and when you ask them to clean it properly or correct the drink that they messed up on their end they give you a nasty attitude this is the 4-5 th time going and the lady at the register today at 9am 4-14-25 always give people hard time to enjoy their breakfast i started off my day great and left out the store very upset because the lady made my drink wrong a drink I always order that I know how it supposed to taste I kindly asked her if she can help me she was talking about me in a different language not knowing I knew exactly what she was saying and I just don’t understand why they hired people that makes people day horrible, bad customer service they will never see me in this store again

I ordered through DoorDash and they put 3 cups of coffee in a package for only 2 cops. They squeezed the third cup in there, so one of them popped open and it was all over the place.
