Horrible service at the front counter. The food i order had uncooked bacon in it disgusting and the receipt they gave me has wrong information, so your not able to give them a bad rating on it. Totally disgusting I have never seen this in my life.

Came in early evening. No line and no tables or chairs no problem. $6 meal deal came out good. Everything was hot iced coffee was made how i asked.

Customer service is so horrible they never get your order correct and also hand you unsanitized sticky cups and when you ask them to clean it properly or correct the drink that they messed up on their end they give you a nasty attitude this is the 4-5 th time going and the lady at the register today at 9am 4-14-25 always give people hard time to enjoy their breakfast i started off my day great and left out the store very upset because the lady made my drink wrong a drink I always order that I know how it supposed to taste I kindly asked her if she can help me she was talking about me in a different language not knowing I knew exactly what she was saying and I just don’t understand why they hired people that makes people day horrible, bad customer service they will never see me in this store again

I ordered through DoorDash and they put 3 cups of coffee in a package for only 2 cops. They squeezed the third cup in there, so one of them popped open and it was all over the place.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever visited. I have an issue almost every single time i come here . The lady with the makeup and thin eyebrows is extremely rude ! There’s a couple of them that are rude . She will ignore you and hand you cold undercooked food. They treat you as if the food is free. Terrible service. They get the orders wrong then get upset when you politely ask for them to fix it. I will definetly take my business elsewhere. I spend wayyyy too much money on Dunkin to be treated this way.

Just a mess! I will never buy food from here again! The girl with the makeup that does the baking either gives you undercooked or overcooked food. Then when you say something, she always has an attitude. Then there’s an older lady that looks EXACTLY like her with makeup on, she’s either rushing you to order (she’s adding stuff to your order that your not asking for) it’s like she’s asking you if you want what you didn’t order😂 they overcharge more than the normal Dunkin’s and have the nerve to be having an attitude. Customer service is everything & MANAGEMENT need to work on it. Disgusting!
