The SLOWEST location there is!!!!! Even the mobile orders take forever. Usually just ONE person at the location and when there are more than one they're always TALKING TALKING TALKING and not doing their job

This location is the worst! They talk to each other all day don’t even properly take your order you can be standing there for over 10 mins with no line and they won’t acknowledge you. Coffee tastes burnt most of the time. I just had to walk out because I was standing for over 15 mins with one person in front of me and was not acknowledged not even a hey give us a minute take your order now. Ridiculous take it out and do it over a again.

The worst DD I ever being , the staff is so unprofessional, they talk with other’s employees or friends that go by when they take your order, and of course take the order wrong , there is one employee that have a disturbing bad words in front of costumers, and another one that is Hispanic that don’t respect customers at all making faces and talking bad to them just bc they didn’t take the order correctly . The manager is super nice but honestly she don’t have the pants and this hired people should be trained correctly .

If you not Hispanic be ready to receive an attitude especially from that young girl with the Hispanic accent that works there. She snatched the food out of my hand and said I can't touch it which I was confused cause idk how I'm suppose to know it my food especially since they don't put labels and write the name with markers on a wet cup
I love the order ahead process the way it works here you go over to another side look for your name on your iteams an leave ....other places I have had to wait tell them my name or order number its not their they have to remake so this is very nic
