The workers took 20 minutes to retrieve my mobile order, got my order wrong, and gave me a hard, barely chewable bagel. I do not recommend this place at all.

This place is going to be needed to shut down. While waiting in line, I saw a roach run across the floor, that's bad enough, but also they took away the seating so no one can at least sit and stir the coffee for a little bit. I understand you don't want loitering, but that's what signs are for. The restroom: I asked to use the restrooms, I made a purchase. They told me no. There's no sign on the door saying broken. A lock mechanism with push buttons is on an unlabeled door. So is it really broken? Or you just don't want outside people using it.
Also, the service is terrible. The staff is rude, too. When I asked a simple question about the ingredients of a drink, their response was unwarranted and unprofessional, as if I had asked them to open the register.
Also they need to take the "dine in" option off the Google listing

Do not come here. These employees don’t know what they’re doing and they only work there because they are closely related to the people recruiting them. My bagel is mad stale with barely any cream cheese. And yes I ordered it toasted. Who tf would use cream cheese and put mad ode cream cheese in the hole, then leave the rest? Mind you I told them my online order just for them to catch an attitude and say they never received it? Whole time the order was ready and they were just being airheads.

Went to get ice cream and the man who was serving me wiped his nose with his bare hand and tried to continue serving me, i kindly asked him to wash his hands. He got upset and rinsed one hand with only water, when I asked him to use soap he got even more upset and told me to get a refund, as a person who works in food service (with a food handler's card) this is extremely unacceptable and down right disgusting. This is why it's so important to require having a good safety card because he can easily get anyone sick. I will never come to this DD location ever again!

I so much enjoy DD, but the lady who made my grilled cheese sandwich was sweeping the floor as I came in. Never seen her wash her hands or even having wet hands after putting a broom away. She just came over and made my sandwich. Wasn't happy! Garbage! The second time I had a experience like this at the same location.
I ordered a small peach passion fruit refresher and was waiting for 20 minutes, mind you I was the only one in the store with both of my friends. I had to call my mother because they wouldn’t respond when I said “excuse me, is my drink done”. When my mother came one worker was digging up his nose with no gloves on and the other was doing nothing. I’ve asked for my money back and they said no and proceeded to make the drink I’ve waited 20 minutes for. Do not order from here, God knows what they put in the food/drinks if they doing things like that.

Sometimes it's empty ? which is great to order and grab and go... I just can't stand panhandlers at the entrance all the time and nobody says anthing... And sometimes the employees are too slow to come to the register to attend clients. Would be great if the employees were to be more nicer and smile to help clients feel more motivation etc. But to each their own ?

I order a small coffee with cream and the cashier charged me for a hot chocolate instead. When asked to correct their error and adjust the price on my receipt they told me the price for the coffee had changed that day! She then took the chocolate and altered my order by mixing chocolate and coffee and tried to make me think it was coffee. I told her she gave me chocolate again and she insisted it was coffee! I then went to someone else and she gave me a coffee but never adjusted the price on my receipt and stayed with my money. To lie about price changes and altering someone's order is illegal! Don't trust these ppl! Never going there again!
