Just one staff, she was making food orders for a delivery. I came in and waited for at least 10 mins, no greetings and no one to take the order. When I asked one staff working there if it’s going to take long, her response was I’m just doing my orders, wait if you want to. I understand she is doing her job and has handful of orders. But she didn’t have to be rude for asking how long would it take for me to get my order. They need to train and brief their staffs fr.

It took me 15 minutes just to get one cup of hot coffee. I even saw other customers leave because of the long wait. You only had two workers, and they were both busy making orders. This is unacceptable and clearly not their fault—they were doing their best. Whoever manages this store needs to hire more staff, especially during rush hours. This level of service is ridiculous!!!!

This Dunkin is awful. 14 times I’ve come here and out of the 14, 6 times my order was wrong or my food was cold due to laziness and negligence. Please help the staff to double check their orders and the quality. Unacceptable. It’s rare I leave reviews so this should tell you my discomfort with this place.

The staff is always great and manage to make me feel welcomed while I’m there the food is good but the coffee needs a lot of work I’ve gone here recently and always had here a lot and the coffee alway has grinds in it

The workers are lazy and incompetent, they don’t read the orders, and they serve the customers whatever they make and get mad when customers says it’s wrong, then they try to give burn sandwiches because they don’t want to change the bread! I would rather go to another location and I visited a few times and every time is horrible. it’s sad too because it’s Spanish ppl working there and they are horrible. And they aren’t following food guidelines!
