The staff is always great and manage to make me feel welcomed while I’m there the food is good but the coffee needs a lot of work I’ve gone here recently and always had here a lot and the coffee alway has grinds in it

The workers are lazy and incompetent, they don’t read the orders, and they serve the customers whatever they make and get mad when customers says it’s wrong, then they try to give burn sandwiches because they don’t want to change the bread! I would rather go to another location and I visited a few times and every time is horrible. it’s sad too because it’s Spanish ppl working there and they are horrible. And they aren’t following food guidelines!

Came in here to order a refresher, it was about 3:30pm on a Tuesday. Establishment was out of refreshers and as I stood there deciding on an alternative item, team member placed a personal call on his cell phone and stepped away from the register. This place usually has shaky customer service. But to place the call is another level, I can see if you got a call and said excuse me. Anyway I felt this should be addressed because it led me to walk out without ordering a single item and I will continue to frequent other locations instead.

Got a glazed doughnut with what looked to be mold on it…. Cashier thankfully replaced it and apologized. Their doughnuts are old and not fresh!

They actually stop serving customers earlier.... just walked in (it's 6:39pm on a Tuesday afternoon) heavy set girl behind the counter is on her phone texting telling everyone entering that they're closed.

Very slow when the place is crowded. Only have two workers here. One who is making the food and drinks and the other taking customers but service is very slow.

The location is in a very good area for customers! I liked the location. It had a nice seating area & the cashier/servers were nice. It was quiet and not messy, just needed a little pickup of the straws. The service was good but it could have been better. My cashier was sweet and took my order and she got my wrap incorrect and ny hash browns weren't well done like I had asked for. When I had left I had noticed but didn't want to go back in because I was already in a rush. I would definitely like to go back and sit down and enjoy my fast breakfast!
