if i could give it zero stars i would i ordered a mobil order for a bagel cream cheese and when i opened my bagel it had barley any cream cheese at ALL !!! i went in there again another mobile order and when i complained that my bagel didn’t come with enough cream cheese i got attitude for no reason they should be knowing how to do it properly i work at dunkin and don’t give out bullshit bagels like this

Ordered then waited for everyone else to get their order before me even tho I order a few before them. When I asked where is my food the person had an attitude for some reason. Then they got the order wrong. 20 minutes for a BEC :(

This Dunkin’ Donuts location should get a -35 stars. They seriously need to get management involved as the customer service is absolutely disgusting. I went in there tonight May 22, 2024 to get a scoop of ice cream. The lady behind the counter and Indian lady is very rude and not attentive to customers at all the other gentleman working with her does nothing but do Garbage so that means one person serving all the customers Absolutely horrible customer service. She serves somebody else before me and made me wait so long. I actually got so upset. I walked out and did not even buy anything horrible customer service. The manager or owner needs to speak to both of these representatives because they don’t provide any type of experience.

I asked for a cup sleeve since my tea was too hot. The only man there told me that they don't have one and to double my cup was an extra .50 cents. I took 50 cents from the $1.00 tip that I gave them. Next time I will sue for my burned hand!

I got sick after eating here twice. First time, I had also taken new meds that morning so I thought it was possible it was that. Second time, still got nausea without anything else in my system. Never again. Can’t even have a quick breakfast on my morning commute anymore.
