Every time I visit this location I end up with horrible treatment towards the customers by one older man who actually yells at the customer if you order something that he doesn't feel he should be making or if you didn't order it the way he wants you to... this has happened on many occasions, I called dunkin customer service/corporate to report the occurrences and NOT one thing was ever done about it... horrible!

The young Hispanic woman seems to be forced to work, has a lot of attitude, and has a bad temper. Terrible service should do something other than serve people 🙅

My husband and I stopped at this Dunkin Donut in the morning while taking the kids to school. It is very convenient because it's at the gas station where we get gas for the car, then we get on the Major Deegan Highway. The staff at this location is helpful and friendly. We usually get hot chocolate, coffee, hasbrown, strawberry sprinkle donuts, and blue berry muffin.

Hands down this is my number one Dunkin’ Donuts store. The manager‘s is great and her employees are great. They are good at what they do. I don’t have to complain about my order. My order is always on time and if they don’t have a specific ingredient or out of stock, they will not give me anything that I do not eat or drink. However, 98% they’re always stock. Love them down :)

It's at a gas station. Google wanted me to rate the atmosphere. Gas station. Service is mostly ok. One time it took them ten minutes to prepare a mobile order of one medium coffee. Didn't look like they were busy or anything...
Service is slow! Mondays in particular are the worst affected (by a particular employee)

Stopped by the gas station and boom there is a new Dunking there so I go get myself an iced coffee or iced latte I forget which right now and went on my way to the major deegan (not sure how to spell that highway)
