This Dunkin is the only one that makes the signature lattes the right way. The ladies in the morning are always on point. They showed me how to customize my order on the app to only chocolate munchkins. They are fast and knowledgeable.

I have attended this Location for about a year now and the service for the past 2 month has been horrible the cashier was outside, the manager was preparing online orders and the other cashier was just cleaning. The employees saw me wait to place an order for approximately 5 min they didn’t care and when I asked “how long is the wait” she responded hold on with an attitude and took approximately 10 min before they placed my order. None of the coffees in the pickup side were labeled or handed to identify the order and when I complained to the manager she didn’t care she was just telling the cashiers to ignore me.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Employees are miserable with life and could care less about you and your order. Live close by and have experienced this time and time again. Especially the short dude. It’s like he’s upset you dare place an order. Dunkin has the worse doughnuts. How are they still in business is beyond me. Where’s Krispy Kreme!?You’ve been warned…

I love Dunkin' Donuts breakfast sandwiches and refreshers. However , i seldomly visit anymore because I can't seem to understand why these donuts are not covered with film or some form of barrier . On so many hot days , I have seen countless flies in Dunkin' Donuts establishments including this location. So I can only assume the flies have first dibs on the exposed donuts . What is preventing Dunkin' Donuts from protecting their supposedly fresh donuts . Also, this location I seen a small roach crawling on the back of the coffee machine which is facing the waiting area. I have not been back here since .

another visit with unck for his physical therapy and better get him a large cup of de caffeine coffee when he's done as i walk in a ok dd in the bronx in the edenwald section of the bronx. plenty of changes in the area since the last 30 years but this dd is still around .typical dd with limited donuts and whatnot but still a good quick option for a cup of coffee or a couple of donuts, some seating inside and place looks clean overall.got uncks coffee so i better hit the bricks.
