I have been working in the area the past couple of weeks and ordering hot chocolate since I'm able to drink coffee.
The staff lady and gentlemen that took my order are wonderful. My last time there, I spilled my drink in my car and they replaced it without questions asked, I was even given a cup of water and plenty of towels to clean up the mess.
Who says New Yorkers aren't friendly??

We had an emergency stop on the way from NYC of a woman to use restroom and they didn’t let us use the restroom saying that it’s for employees only and the lady said that their boss ordered them not to let anyone use the restroom but they did not had the sign of employees only

In reference to this location:
My main gripe with them is their watered down coffee.
Their food preparation is good, but I'm suspicious that their coffee is watered down too much or that they are rebrewing their coffee to make profit unfairly.
Costs of all fast food is going up and to give customers a "watered down" cup of coffee that almost looks like tea before pouring the creamer on it to be served is a "crime".
I have already compared their regular brew to other Duncan Donut locations and clearly this location regular brew coffee is the worst!

Ok I normally come to this store to get my normals. But today I walked in and asked for a straw, this was around 1:50-1:55 and there was an older employee, very rude with a disgusting attitude. First when I asked for the straw she said “You have to wait” with an attitude, then when I asked for the straw again after another customer she threw it at me. But clearly she was miserable, hates her job and didn’t want to be there. Understood but don’t give attitude to customers who are paying the store. Her attitude was absolutely horrible. I will be contacting corporate.

The workers there are really nice. If you have an issue and want your drink fix they will do it no problem
Customer service really sucks,U purchased donuts, then asked the guy if my 5 year old grandson could use the bathroom. He looked at him as if he was thinking about it and said, " Uh, no!" They also need to learn better english..

Can't say too much about the food .Was purchasing donuts and asked the cashier if my 5 year old grandson could use the bathroom. He looked at him and, with an attitude, shook his head no!! That's why he is 35 working at DD ABSOLUTELY NO PPL SKILLS!!
