This is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. They always get my order wrong, they’re always out of stock and making substitutions without checking in with the customer first, and the staff acts oblivious. You’re better off making coffee at home because this place sucks. If you like paying a lot of money for something you didn’t order then I would recommend.

Got a brown sugar shaken espresso and it was not made right. It was noticeably clear they didn’t shake it and did not add the brown sugar. I was looking forward to a coffee but ended up getting frustrated with their attention to quality. I do not recommend coming here unless you’re getting a donut and down to wait 15 min for a drink

Stricktly business, in and out, no fuss, get your coffee, sandwich, donuts, whatever and run right out... clean spot, plenty of napkins, straws... ladies dont play here.. they take your order and with in seconds, your ready to walk out... its the way it should be...

Tried to order the $6 sausage meal and substitute the pork sausage for turkey sausage I was willing to pay any difference but was denied by the cashier, spoke to the manager afterwards and she also refused to accommodate my request. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
