I came in to order something from a regular across the street and they ignored me after a while one of the ladies sent a new guy to ask me what I wanted and when he was struggling to get the order non of them helped, I asked one of them directly she ignored the question and went to her phone

the place is across from the police department. you would think it would top notch because we know how cops and coffee get along. NOT. I already called customer service lodged a complaint. it's franchised so I can kiss that resolution out the window. I arrived at 3am and there was a guy with glasses very heavy accent young. he greets me. I ordered a frozen coffee 4.99 and a wake up wrap 3.79. my total 13.00.. not including the extra charges for whip cream and caramel the frozen drink was made and looked like a dark frozen ball of poop. no whipped cream or caramel remember this statement for later. I told him this is not right and asked for a receipt. he over charged me for giving me the smoked honey bacon on a brioche bun and 6.99. I said sir there's an issue he tried 3 times to understand what a wake-up wrap was I asked for my money back. I goggled it for him and he said he would make it. I said please give me my money back instead of 6.99 he gives me 5.99 and lied and the extra charges were for caramel and whipped cream you never provided and wasn't that only for the smores frozen drink as you said. come on man get it together. you are too smart to not have Rosetta stone or a translator in your ear temu has it

Horrible horrible waited in line for 39 min before being able to order.. made me late for a meeting the worker are very slow!! Even caused two customer to get into a arguement bc of the service smh! Worst ever!
This dunkin donuts is horrible!!! It took 40 mins just to get a order of 2 loaded hash browns at 6am incredible!!! Disgusting service!! If i can give 0 i would!!

Why is there a long line and only one register being used and why is everyone moving so slow. I’m not trying to be mean but there were seven people behind the counter moving in slow motion as the line progressively got longer. One gentleman seems to be confused about how to make the drinks… This is a coffee shop and the first place most of us stop at before going to work. This is New York…. Please be more prepared for morning service. ❤️

Horrible service! Very slow! Ordered from the app a full 20 minutes before walking in & had to wait ANOTHER 5 minutes. When the order was finally done & I was going to get it, I was rudely told to "WAIT!". This staff needs some retraining ASAP!
