I asked for a hot chocolate give me coffee. I asked for a hot chocolate twice he checked the order we said it all good then I come home and it taste like burnt coffee

Every single time I come here after work the workers are EXTREMELY lazy and I have to wait 10-15 minutes just to order and another 10 minutes for my things. As someone who works in customer service , the service is absolutely terrible at this location. The morning staff is much faster and more reliable but every time I come in the evening ( after 5) it’s ridiculously slow.

The only thing I get from this establishment is one drink that they can't mess up. But whenever my Lactose Intolerant sibling orders a drink with only Oat Milk, they almost always don't put Oat Milk. I see them register Oat Milk in the Cashier so it isn't like they can't hear me. I suggest being very vocal about your preferences, and know what you want and how you want it.
Service for preparation of items ordered was slow, other than the cashier.

Their election is good and the atmosphere is decent. The staff is very kind and attentive. My only complaint is the amount of homeless people outside of this location trying to get money from you when you're going in and coming out of this location (and it's almost every single day). It has been to the point that at times, just seeing them standing in front of this place, discourages me from even going in.

The stores service has declined, noticeably. Some of the sales assistants are just lazy . The food is improperly warmed, cool coffee ☕, hard and old pastries.
