for some reason this dunking donut shop has the best freshest donuts in a 50 block radius either way!!!! the NEGATIVE is the area...its enclosed in a fence with other shops but surrounded by homeless, beggers and some thugs that will keep some people away.

You don't know how excited I am to go to a Dunkin donuts that actually makes your drink correctly. I love this store and my perfectly made large iced coffee. I gave up on dunkin' donuts in Florida because they were idiots but I'm so happy New York doesn't have the same problem.
