Approached the cashier respectfully after she gave me the wrong change, shorted me $5. I explained what happened politely, but she got defensive and combative. She kept interrupting my explanation until i had to raise my voice a bit and asked her to let me finish my sentence. She countered my explanation rudely, raising her voice, and started speaking to the manager in their language. I dont care, except for the fact that i cant tell if what she is saying is the truth. The manager seemed to explain something to her, then agreed to give me the $5. She, the original worker, completely gaslighted me and said we never had the EXACT conversation we had 5mins prior when i was trying to explain what had happened. After she have me the money she kept talking loudly abt the incident, saying she wasn't lying, loud enough for me to hear her. I countered that i wasn't a liar either, and she told me that she had given me the money and it was over, indirectly telling me to be quiet. I told her likewise, so why keep talking angry and loud? She is still talking excitedly as i type this. The manager was polite and helpful. I might have even been satisfied without getting the $5 if this had carried itself out in a more polite way on her part.

If i could give zero starts I would!!! This is the worse Dunkin!! They all stay behind the counter talking being loud and after 5 min of their conversation they come to take your order. Coffees of people they know are done before mine that i gave my order 5 min ago. After I got my coffee i saw a hair and the lady i told grabbed it all pissed off!!!! This is INSANE!! I pay for the coffee and service!! Could take my order faster and be nicer!!!

The negative reviews are right. They always mess up orders. I tried being optimistic but they seem to never want to work. I ordered munchkins through mobile and I literally waited like 20 minutes. It took them forever to acknowledge me. Once one of them did I told him I got a mixed bag. He did not do anything… I explained to him the offer on the app but he just ignored me until I went back up to him :/ he didn’t even try to ask his other coworkers beforehand. I understand customer service is annoying and stressful but how are you this lazy when the store is rarely busy and packed .-. They literally do not want to work

This place is the WORST Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in months, the donuts are stale, and the workers are extremely RUDE. If they messed up your order, guess who gets yelled at, YOU. It’s also obvious when they talk badly about you. They think you can’t understand them just because they’re speaking another language. Horrible.

Just shame that I had to give a star! Ordered my son a milkshake and it was milky, Wasn't even thick Thank god they don't make the Donuts!! Then order the bagel and cream cheese for myself. when I receive the bagel, It looks like a cut bagel, with no cream cheese. Went to sit down out of the 3 tables one table had no chairs and the top of the table was Filthy disgusting. My kids didn't even want to sit down. Floores were dirty, but they had the wet signs up 3 of them. I don't think this is a good location or even l will come back This is my worst experience and a Dunkin Donuts.

People here just look they don’t wanna work, I’ve coming when from lingo time and just when is the last one open but every single time I came is a bad experience, they don’t have order on time, bad attitude, this time we were 3 people waiting, they give wrong the orders, my coffee taste like water with sugar and my food was burned. I love Dunkin but I hate this place so much. If u are by the area just walk a couple of minutes and there is another in Morris park way more better than this.

This place is never open before 6am. The service is rude. There will be 3 people on the clock and only 1 is actually working. Sometimes they’re sitting behind the counter reading books. I have even had them put my donut in a bag and sling it to me across the counter. What do you do when it’s the closest Dunkin to where you live?
