Every single time without fail. They do not greet you EVEN if you say good morning to them. Just horrible hospitality and this place is always dirty. Who runs this store? It’s ridiculous.

I went this morning and have visited this location before as its walking distance from school, the staff is outright rude. I walked in and waited 5 minutes while the staff was yelling among themselves before anyone came to the register. I said good morning and the female staff member just stared at me, I started my order and after every item she would cut me off and tell me the total I had to pay, mind you I only ordered a coffee, donut and munchkins. When I finally finished my order she just stared at me. They are always so rude and impatient here. As I’m waiting for my coffee the staff member slams it down and doesn’t say anything. I rather walk a little further and use the other Dunkin where they are sooo friendly!

Approached the cashier respectfully after she gave me the wrong change, shorted me $5. I explained what happened politely, but she got defensive and combative. She kept interrupting my explanation until i had to raise my voice a bit and asked her to let me finish my sentence. She countered my explanation rudely, raising her voice, and started speaking to the manager in their language. I dont care, except for the fact that i cant tell if what she is saying is the truth. The manager seemed to explain something to her, then agreed to give me the $5. She, the original worker, completely gaslighted me and said we never had the EXACT conversation we had 5mins prior when i was trying to explain what had happened. After she have me the money she kept talking loudly abt the incident, saying she wasn't lying, loud enough for me to hear her. I countered that i wasn't a liar either, and she told me that she had given me the money and it was over, indirectly telling me to be quiet. I told her likewise, so why keep talking angry and loud? She is still talking excitedly as i type this. The manager was polite and helpful. I might have even been satisfied without getting the $5 if this had carried itself out in a more polite way on her part.

If i could give zero starts I would!!! This is the worse Dunkin!! They all stay behind the counter talking being loud and after 5 min of their conversation they come to take your order. Coffees of people they know are done before mine that i gave my order 5 min ago. After I got my coffee i saw a hair and the lady i told grabbed it all pissed off!!!! This is INSANE!! I pay for the coffee and service!! Could take my order faster and be nicer!!!

The negative reviews are right. They always mess up orders. I tried being optimistic but they seem to never want to work. I ordered munchkins through mobile and I literally waited like 20 minutes. It took them forever to acknowledge me. Once one of them did I told him I got a mixed bag. He did not do anything… I explained to him the offer on the app but he just ignored me until I went back up to him :/ he didn’t even try to ask his other coworkers beforehand. I understand customer service is annoying and stressful but how are you this lazy when the store is rarely busy and packed .-. They literally do not want to work

This place is the WORST Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in months, the donuts are stale, and the workers are extremely RUDE. If they messed up your order, guess who gets yelled at, YOU. It’s also obvious when they talk badly about you. They think you can’t understand them just because they’re speaking another language. Horrible.
