I ordered a birthday cake for my sisters birthday. I asked for a all white cake with pink writing. The cake comes with blue mixed into the white. I call to ask why is the cake white and blue when I asked for all white. The cooky baker tells me because ALL cakes come with blue flowers like I'm stupid. You used a old cake and forgot to take off all the blue. If I order an all white cake, you make an all white cake. I didn't pay for a repurposed cake. Never again will I order from here.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! AVOID THIS BAKERY AT ALL COSTS!!!! In the spirit of the season during Christmas 2025, I decided to be a good sport and support local. I ordered from this establishment a 10” round cake for my brother (a MAN!) for his birthday on the 1st of January. When the order was placed and the dasher went to pickup, he called saying they are not giving him the correct order, when we spoke to the bakery staff, they assured us we were getting the right order we paid for. When it was delivered and unboxed, it was horrible! ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!!!!!! We got a white 6” cake with pink piping decorations and the pink scribble like a preschooler wrote the happy birthday script!! AWFUL!!!!! Waste of money!!!!! We specifically told them the cake was for a man!!!! So they sent the wrong size cake then sent along with it 6 cupcakes that were 6 bright primary colors colored!!! And multicolored sprinkles. None of which matched back to the cake!!! Putting that aside that they messed up the order, we still had to use the cake without any other option. When we cut into that cake!!!!! It was the MOST DRY CAKE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!!! DRYEST!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING!!!! It was like attempting to cut into a sour dough bread with a butter knife!!!!!! As were the cupcakes!!!!!! Awful experience and awful quality!!!!!! I Will never recommend nor support this business ever again!!!!!!! All cakes went in the bin!!!! WHAT AN UTTER DISASTER!!!!!!!! If I could have give a negative rating, I would have!!!

Very disappointed. My wife placed a $50 deposit for my birthday cake. When she arrived to pick it up, the shop had no record of the order and had not started the cake. The $50 deposit was gone. No solution was offered. No compensation. Just empty apologies. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this place. They will waste your time, keep your money, and take zero responsibility. If I could rate lower, I would.

I ordered a strawberry cheesecake through Uber Eats and when I received cake it was a mess. The cake didn’t have the plastic covering around it that keeps the strawberry sauce from spilling. I also asked for writing which means if the strawberry sauce spilled everywhere the writing was a disaster. It wasn’t Uber Eats I blame bakery

The little girl in the front needs to be trained. Her attitude shows she doesn’t know how to do customer service. There is no reason why i should have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for slice of cake that is already made and prepared on the counter. Just needs to be purchased. This is not my first time in here and i know i used to use tap to pay they literally still have the machine) the little girl in the front going to tell me they never took card. Granted, they do have a sign up that says they only accept cash and ebt.. along with a qr code that brings you to their “app” (which is a WEBSITE - the manager tried to debate) i asked to speak to the manager since i was trying to add the slices of cake i was purchasing to my cart online, it kept giving me an error message. I asked the girl if their website is working and showed that i was receiving the error message. The manager comes out front and grabs a binder out with different forms of payment the store accepts. He asked if i wanted to pay with zelle or cashapp. If these are options, WHY DID THE GIRL NOT MENTION THAT IN THE BEGINNING OR JUST HAVE THE INFORMATION POSTED. That was so stupid.
