I asked for a original acia bowl strawberry and banana . There is more granola than acia mix and by the time I got it it melted.

This place has potential of being a great smoothie spot, but the worker that works there is just rude, he doesn't make anything the way you want it and just always has a attitude. I would faithfully come here to get my juices for the week but I might need to find new spot I don't appreciate his attitude or the vibes.

The place is clean and the produce is fresh which I love! Not always the case in the Bronx. I haven't been in a while and I remember I really nice and bubbly dude making smoothies. Today 3/13/24 after 5pm this othe guy was behind the counter and his whole vibe sucked. Who's nephew is he? Many reviews mentions how rude dude is.Owner please listen to your customers.

I have went in here a couple times, because my daughter likes smoothies, every time I greet the worker he always stares at us blankly, I always tell my daughter I don’t like to go in there because the workers energy is always negative, today, my point was proven, I stepped outside briefly and I told my daughter look at how he makes it so you can make your own smoothies one day. When I got back inside, I heard him saying to my daughter “ Can i help you”, I asked him what was that supposed to mean she already placed her order are you trying to be smart? He responded yes why she watching me. I said she’s a child why is it a problem for her to look at someone make her smoothie, then I said, you know what, never mind and I walked out as he was pouring the smoothie in the cup. If you’re from NYC you already know “can I help you” is equivalent to “what are you looking at?”, this man is nasty, He has no business working in a health shop, His energy alone is unhealthy. I told my daughter I will buy her a blender if that’s what it takes for her not to want to go in there anymore, i’m not sure how you can put a business in the community and don’t care about providing decent customer service to the people who visit the establishment, the only time I will go back in here is to take a picture of all the smoothies, so my daughter can know the ingredients for each one 1 when she makes her own.

The worker seems like he doesn’t want to work. I ordered a smoothie from him and asked for an extra large. I got strawberry, banana,peanut butter , almond milk and agave I asked him to make it thick and he basically just filled it with milk and no fruit. This was on 10/19/23 at 10:00am. This is suppose to be my breakfast but now I spent $10.40 on something that’s going in the garbage. I’m very upset and he could have done better especially when I expressed it tasted like straight milk. He also had AirPods on. You can tell he didnt want to be there. Next time I’ll go somewhere else. The owner needs people who want to work not someone who makes it seem like it’s a burden to do there job. He could have fixed the issue easily by adding more peanut butter and fruits.

Would’ve gave a 5 star but one of the dudes that work there always has an attitude with me and acts like he doesn’t want to do his job…thought is was just me until my boyfriend went in there and he had an attitude with him too. On that note, the smoothies are amazing and I like how you can pick from dozens and dozens of options

There are two men that I notice that work here, but I usually see one more than the other. Good luck with ordering something that comes out drinkable because it’s usually a hit or miss when it comes to this guy! I’ve had smoothies that look like milkshakes with the consistency and I honestly go back because of the reasonable pricing. The other guy is great, customer service and all!

I enjoyed my açaí bowls the first two times that I visited. However, the last two times have been a hit or miss. It would be nice if all the ingredients that I’m paying for are in the bowls rather than random things. Not sure why random grapes were added to my bowl when it should’ve been strawberries. No kiwis and barely any banana either. No point in having a menu when they’re going to do their own thing anyways. Looking into other places for now.

THEY ADD WATER TO THE FRESH JUICES! . I asked for a 32 oz fresh juice from their menu board. I leave the store to taste it and realize it doesn’t have that robust zing of flavors from the ginger, carrots, beets, etc… I go back and ask the guy who prepared it if he added water. He said no, but I could tell he wasn’t being honest. You can taste how watered down it is.Another thing that’s noticeable is that you can’t really see them cut the fruits and vegetables because their counter is very high and they have products blocking the view. The juicer is at the back and there is a white fridge blocking what you see them place in it. $9 stolen. Never going back there. Disingenuous business.

I came into the store 15 minutes before closing and they denied me service because they said the store had been closed. The worker only spoke Spanish. Luckily, I spoke Spanish myself and discussed with him to tell me what time they start cleaning so I won’t run into this issue again, and he proceeds to tell me that they’re closed, and that he’s going home. I just wanted to know the time so this won’t happen to me again so I could come before they start cleaning. Also, shouldn’t the store close at 8 o’clock when it says it closes at 8 o’clock not 20 minutes before the closing time. I normally enjoy my lovely smoothie from the store but the customer service isn’t good at all.

Just went there today for a fresh juice and smoothie. Guy who worked there acted like he was annoyed when I walked in. I asked for a 32 oz fresh juice with specific ingredients. I didn't drink it until I got home since it was so cold. The juice tastes like a lot of sugar or bottled fruit juice was put in it and he filled the cup up halfway with ice without asking first. He was again annoyed when I asked him to take the ice out. The counter is so high you can't see what they're doing either which should have been a red flag. Never going there again to pay $9 for a fresh juice that is full of sugar and not even half of the ingredients I asked for. Terrible service and terrible fresh juices that taste like pure sugar. What a waste of money
