If I could give 0 stars, it still wouldn’t do justice for the incompetent, unprofessional people they have delivering & working there. Usually, they call you to confirm if you’re home so they can deliver directly to you. Not this time, the delivery person called me while I was away & still delivered my arrangement but left it in the hot hallway on the floor. Of course by the time I got home the fruits were no good & tasted fermented while some were moldy! I’m currently trying to contact the manager who is clearly the busiest person in the world because he is never at the location or able to speak to anyone. Save yourself money & time, don’t use this location if you want fresh fruits!

Delivery driver was so rude, she was at my door bombarding me with questions on why I wasn’t home yesterday with audacity and attitude I have never seen before. When I don’t give into her rude remarks, then she wants to be respectful. If she comes at my door again acting like that, me being kind will not guaranteed. There was also human hair in my food.

Had an arrangement and flowers sent as a gift, and both the fruit and flowers had bugs crawling on them. Spoke with the manager via text about a refund. She told me that they could not process a refund and she could offer me store credit, finally she tells me that I need to call corporate, and when I do the store tried to refund just the amount for the fruit. Attempted to have this issue solved with the manager and they stopped responding. Had to call Corporate a second time to get my money back. From what I can tell the bugs were Mites.

I come here on a regular basis for the fruit cups and chocolate dipped fruits which are very good and fresh. Also the customer service is always pleasant and helpful.
My mother's flowers arrived in very poor condition, brown wilted and dry babies breath! Very poor quality! Flowers are expensive, I'm sure this arrangement will have to be trashed in a day or so. Very unhappy customer!

Love coming here everyday during my lunch break. They have $3 fruit salads and smoothies. They also have affordable arrangements for $27 and up.
