I am a regular customer, I usually go on weekdays, excellent service, very good food. But today, Sunday, very bad attention when ordering before sitting down, you can't choose because well because the lady says, what more than more!! very rushed, and there were no clients behind me waiting. So that in the end my plate arrived incomplete. (I ordered ripe ones and he didn't put them in.) When he brought the three dishes he didn't speak and he put them all three on the table without asking what it was for who. He didn't ask if we wanted to have something, and when I Ordering a drink I almost finished eating when I asked someone else because the first person never brought it. Even if a business is busy, each customer deserves their time, and the worst thing is that they have a lot of staff to provide good service and that was not the case today. and only 4 tables occupied! Between weeks it's nice to go!!

Terrible service We ordered a delivery of a lunch with catillas to an office, the delivery left with two orders, still two hours later, it didn't look like we went to look for the food, they made us wait because the ribs were not ready when they gave us the food, the ribs were apparently heated that day previous burnt and dry and the rice was heated and apart it tasted burnt if I could give it Or stars I would not recommend eating there we always order there because it is close to our work but it is always an inconvenience with the food

This is a great neighborhood spot. It's food quality and taste is consistently reliable and the are very welcoming from my experience - although you might have to wait for them to finish taking an order or packing one.
They have sit down table service and offer deals on buckets of beers. You can catch an NBA or MLB game and eat wings or come here with your family for a Sunday dinner. It's popular with the cops across the street
