When customer service is lacking, it affects the total score. The food was very good. Most of the servers/attendants were lovely, except the one that sadly took care of us. But the food was good.
Their arroz con guandules was so good and moist. Their baked chicken was chef kiss! Granted the lunch was $12 but it was a lot of rice and they gave sweet plaintains with the meal. I took it to go but there is seating and it gets very busy.
They cook delicious, the service is fast, friendly, I hope they don't get damaged and it's my go-to place when I'm hungry, I'm confident that my selection will be good.
