I called in my order for pickup. When I got there, the restaurant was empty. I grabbed my food and left. Got home, the pollo al carbón (roasted chicken) was undercooked. It was still bleeding. The rice was hard and stale. The only good thing was the beef stew but the portion was VERY SMALL for it being part of a family combo. I won't ever purchase from there again.

employees too busy gossiping to attend, then when i get my order and start to check if all is there, i get a look like im crazy for checking. she assures me my order is complete only to then get home (an hour away!)and guess what? no side items i paid for. never order again at this place.ps food was sudpar, like reheated leftovers
