I think the food was very good and tasted like it was home made. The ladies who took care of us were very sweet as well.

An hour ago I bought a soup and several things and the soup was not useful, it was spoiled, I called to complain and they hung up on me, I called again and they no longer answered me, lack of education, and zero professionalism
The service is so slowwwwwww. Ive been waiting over 20 mins for fried chicken. The server who is new with the dark hair in a bun with the nose ring doesnt know English that well and she’s rude. Why did she think it was smart of her to make my rice beans and plaintain while i was waiting over 30 mins for the meat. Why would i want cold sides with hot meat? And the prices on their menu is wrong

The chicken was dry, the server kept rolling his eyes at me. They overcharged me for my meal. I got the mini $10 lunch meal with $4 chinola juice. That’s $14 + tax. Please tell me why I paid $22 and I didn’t even say I wanted to tip them. Makes no sense. My Dominican friend I went with paid $16 for her meal which was grande chinola juice and a larger meal.

I unfortunately did get a chance to eat any food because the location makes ordering food more difficult than it needs to be. Walked into the location and "there is no menus" inside the location according to staff, single menu item on a wall, but they have TVs advertising DJ nights and Hookah at this RESTAURANT location. We notice "Combos" posted on the sides OUTSIDE of the location, (with no sort of pricing available on the poster other than the word "Price"). We go outside the location to take photos of the combo we were intrested in and walk back into the restaurant a second time to visually show the photo to the employee to explain want we wanted (FYI, we are a family of fluent spanish speaking people, speaking to Spanish speaking employees. So there wasn't much of a language barrier than most people may/may not experience when walking in to order food). Only to get a price of $30 for one small combo of food. We call up family that lives in the area and we're told that they normally get charged $10 for lunch (which we arrive to the location around lunch and wasn't sold any lunch options) and usually charged $20 for combos. So we were obviously surprised when we are being charged $30 for an order. We immediately go to walk out and start to get called back as if now they are willing to negotiate a cheaper price. No thank you. I've been to countless restaurants and I've never experienced having to haggle my way to an AVERAGE price for a plate of food.

I ordered soup …I watch the lady purposely give me one small piece chicken and lots of carrots. She dropped the big chicken back in the pot to search for the smallest piece of chicken to serve me. This isn’t the first time but it’s the LAST time. They’re always skimming the soup putting only chicken broth.

Not worth it, very stingy, giving soup, no chicken, very few vegetables, she didn't give me a spoon to eat. Very disrespectful
