Wow! Years without passing through this area. How nostalgic it made me to see this place that my mother owned in the 90s. At that time it was called El Encanto Restaurant. I can't believe it's still a Restaurant. 👏🏻
The BEST food always comes from those mom and pop joints. I’ve had Dominican food in so many places, this one by far beats them all in regards to flavor and price. I been a customer for over 20 years. The meats are always marinated and seasoned to perfection. The Moro is always on point. You could eat the beans ALONE, that’s how good they are. Its an honest mom & pop restaurant. Small, unnoticeable to the majority, but it is a gem in its neighborhood. Fresh latin foods from the DR cooked daily. The flavor is on point. I love hole in the wall food spots. Thats where the best foods usually are. This is no exception.
