So it’s like 11:02 they close at 12 I’m being rushed, they locked me in by closing the gate so one can come in, then gives me attitude. N this is with all ppl of color I see them always have an attitude no one smiles in that place as a person of color I don’t feel welcome to eat there

I placed an order from this restaurant pork chops with white rice and beans, plus an order of boneless chicken chunks and fries. I called at 8:35pm and after over an hour with no delivery, I decided to call back to check on the status. Every time I tried to explain my order, they kept hanging up on me. It was beyond frustrating. It’s now 9:30 pm and I still haven’t received the dinner I was really looking forward to. I don’t usually leave complaints, but this restaurant seriously needs to improve its service!
I have always ordered from here and never had an issues before today I order a sancocho and rice the sancocho was supper salty I couldn’t even enjoy it I called and the put me to speak with the manager she was abruptly and told me that she could not do anything because I was the only person that had complained about this. She was very dismissive and didn’t even offer to exchange the food. I was very disappointed because I very si k with the flue and felt the need of a soup but this restaurant destroyed my order and on top of that were very dismissive and rude. Unfortunately I won’t be buying from them again.

This place use to serve good food. I ordered a combo $40. Food was cold and no flavor on the beans. Chicken tasted like it's been sitting their all day. Very disappointed and a waste of money. Never again will I ordered food from here. I rather eat Chinese food next time. YUCK!
