I ordered food from here and had several issues. First, it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to me and I live no more than 10 minutes away. Second, I ordered black beans, and they sent RED beans. Lastly, the food was ICE COLD by the time it arrived. I am very annoyed and will not order from here again.
I give it one star because the service is very bad. I went to order a meal, I left it paid and the delivery never arrived. When I return to complain with the receipt in hand, they tell me to use the person who served me, he is no longer on that shift, let him come back. When that person is there, no one responded to me for the money I paid, I lost the food and the money, my experience I do not recommend it for food orders

My family ordered once from here and found hair in the food. And I just placed an order not knowing it was the same restaurant my family found hair at. We just found worms in one of our orders. We ordered a combo of white rice, beans, sweet plantains and pork chops. We found it near the pork chops and sweet plantains.
We called JUST to let them know “hey check your pork chops or plaintains because we found worms”. Just wanted to give a heads up and keep it moving.
BUT now I’m writing a review because the lady over the phone was very very nasty. She quickly said “no you’re wrong” and then said “are you finished yet” and “this is not the time to report anything “ cutting us off. Mind you we were super nice over the phone and calm when in reality we did not need to be. Had she cared enough, had she apologized, had she said omg I will check the food and thank you for letting us know , I wouldn’t have taken it to this review. I have never written a review about any restaurant even when I’ve had bad service before. But the lady over the phone was all the way wrong for handling it the way that she did …..
