El Valle Restaurant in The Bronx is a fantastic spot for anyone who loves great Spanish food. I truly appreciate the rich flavors and consistent quality of their dishes. The pernil is tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, and the boneless chicken is always cooked just right and full of flavor. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. I also have to mention the amazing mojito, which is refreshing, well balanced, and pairs perfectly with the meal. The overall experience is always enjoyable, from the food to the atmosphere. El Valle Restaurant is a place I gladly recommend for delicious Spanish cuisine and a great dining experience.

Horrible service. The females that work there have nasty attitudes. they get upset when you ask for a receipt.when they serve you the food you ask for, they give you the smaller pieces of meat they have in display. And when you tell them i dont want that piece give me a bigger piece of meat that im paying for , they get upset and argue with you and refuse to give you what you want. Then when you complain to the female manager that refuse to give her name , she defends her female workers and looks at you like you lying. The female manager will tell you to your face her worker didnt do such a thing and doesn't resolve rhe problem. Dont go there. Horrible and disgusting service.

Good Latin food, soup can be a little salty. Expect a wait when it is crowded. They don’t have a clear system to track who is next, we tend to have to figure it out ourselves. 3 stars for service only because it can be slow, but the workers are also kind, courteous and helpful. I think they get overwhelmed by the volume at times. I try to go during off peak hours. Then it’s smooth and no issues. My favorite dish is the ribs with any of their rice. Yum! Music is loud, but I’m Latina, so that’s part of our DNA.

Don't come here they do not greet you they are very rude I was in there for 10 minutes waiting and they hadn't even say a word to me and ended up serving someone that came in after me all because they knew him and the food quality it's not even that good

If I could give zero stars I would. Today I got the lunch combo. For the meat I asked if there was another tray of pernil because it looked like it was only bone in the serving one but she insisted there was enough meat to make the combo. Once I got to work to eat my lunch the first few bites i felt something was off but the third bite the pernil had a very bad strong taste like rotten meat. Needless to say I spent the rest of my lunch break throwing up in the bathroom. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I never in my entire life was told to pay two dollars more to sit down to eat, after I bought food from your restaurant. That is beyond me and it’s ridiculous. Sad you pay money and can’t even sit and eat. You can’t cook that good anyway. Then it’s 5 ppl at the counter with the slowest service

This establishment is commiting fraud when using your credit card!! We purchased 2 orders in a small container of shrimp salad and octopus salad and was charged 100+ dollars and they also charged 20% tip when it was a pick up order we have the credit card receipt as proof of purchase
