Elsa’s chicharron is top notch 🥓🐖🐽🐷 been coming here for years . The staff is lively and friendly but don’t expect much for service . My favorite is the chicharron con yuca y cebolla 🧅

The food is delicious but the service is an ABOMINATION. I watched about 15 people line up after me, while all the girls huddled in the back talking and giggling. Ignoring them. 2 people left..a big crowd formed. I ate my entire lunch plate (I had to ask for more meat because the girl gave a portion I've never seen in the Bronx. Like she's scared to fill the plate.)while these poor people were ignored. Nothing the staff was discussing is that important if your laughing and letting money walk out the door. 20min before you even say hi to these people? I ate my entire meal while they talked in the back.
I'll never step foot in this place again. And the girl at the counter has such a bad attitude because I dont speak Spanish. Its not a big issue. Fix your face and be nice. I came to just pay and eat a good meal. Horrible. Do not go here. So many more options

If I could give it less than one star I would give it it was at night the cashier had an attitude to be clear Javaa the girl from Tigre was very pretty and friendly what you can see is that they put all the heavy work on her washing and cleaning the room herself guy who snacked with a look of unfriendliness, gentlemen, pay more attention, things are bad and you with that attitude towards customers, the food is thrown away by the woman because she already wanted to close at 8:20 at night when the website says close 9:00 I mean what the customer spends in a business is essential if they don't know it Cohan coustumer service classes
