I had hot oatmeal, the worst oatmeal I have ever had, apart from the fact that it is worth a dollar more than anywhere else. The person who served me the oatmeal took it out of the refrigerator and heated it with the steamer. The espresso machine had never seen anyone I prepared oatmeal so if I approved it I threw it in the trash 🤮

It's been a long time since I had an empanada with this quality and flavor, I will definitely order again🙌🏼🙌🏼Highly recommended if you like empanadas that are full and soft on the outside.

The service is horrible, the young woman who served me with an angry face, the food was bad, for a chicken pica for an hour, I explained to the young woman that I need to leave because I have time on my hands and she doesn't even respond, I ordered a beer, it tasted bad, I told him and he didn't even answer. He didn't give me cutlery, he didn't give me a glass, horrible service and everything they take to give you the food.

Unfortunately the prices have increased and the portions have decreased. They're now even charging $1 if you chose no ice in your drink. Ridiculous and milking their customers. Absolutely no consistency in seasoning either. You can order the same dish and depending on the day and time the taste will be different. Take your money elsewhere.

These people are the worst, there is no ethics and service that is not even said, and from what I could observe they treat the employees super badly, I have not returned nor will I return.??
They improve a lot since they moved to the new location , must girls very friendly specially “la negra” owner very friendly .

April 18,2024 I went there at 830Am to get pancakes eggs and bacon and they said it will take 20 minutes to make pancakes I said okay had no problem waiting but pancakes don’t take 20 minutes to be cooked. I waited and the lady gave me small uncooked pancakes that was wet. I said so I waited for 20 minutes for this instead of her trying to fix my food she offered me my money back and walked off ! Bad customer service and food was disappointing
