I’ve been here a bunch of times over the years with my family and we’ve always had excellent meals. The staff is friendly as well. They’ve got a nice outdoor area when the weather is nice too.

The restaurant accommodated my large family on short notice. They also did not rush us even though our reservation was close to closing. The food and drinks were good as well.
This is the second time my family & I come to dine and celebrate at Emilia's and every single time, service has been spectacular. Our waitress was amazing and so was the rest of the staff. Their service is top tier & the food was just so delicious. Everything was amazing, truly.Thank you so much for taking such good care of us & for celebrating our parents anniversary with us.
I've been going to Emilia's since the mid 00s and haven't had a bad or mediocre meal. The food is always fresh and spot on. The owner and some of the waitstaff are still there from when we first started going.
Anytime we make the trip down from the mid-Hudson Valley we make sure to come here. On my most recent trip the calamari app was very tender, fresh and crisp; the pork chop special was out of this world and insanely tender.

The best Italian American spot on Arthur, in my opinion. Staff is attentive but not overbearing; they always show up to the table at exactly the right time. The music is quiet enough that you don't have to raise your voice, which is great if you have older people with you. The food is beyond reproach – large-portioned Italian American classics, rich but not cloying. Gets busy around dinner time, worth the wait if there is any, but reservations generally not required.
Favorite dishes:
Pork braciola, eggplant parmigiana, every manner of meatball

I make a mid day shopping trip to Arthur Ave. annually prior to the holidays for all of my required Italian specialties and I have lunch at Emilia's. It is always a wonderful experience. Good food, good service, clean and inviting atmosphere. It is basic Italian fare, like my Mom and Grandma made.
Food was delicious but service was non existent 🫤
And there was someone in the place who kept yelling about something the whole time we were there
