The person they have serving gives bad service, it seems that they don't serve her well at home, she is very bored and apart from that she responds badly to her clients with a bad attitude as if people stink. That's why they will lose customers.

The worst chicken pica I have ever eaten here in NY, I will never spend a peso here again, the chicken tastes more like oil than anything else.

Really bad service. And they expect a tip I really don’t get it. I asked the girl in the front what would she recommend between the chimi and the club sandwich and she had no idea.. she just stood quite..poor customer service..I asked her what natural juices they have and she looked at me and said read from the menu ? no type of customer interaction. really a rooki.. really bad for whoever owns this franchise.. ?

1 cook. Some pieces of chicken burnt. However, the oil needed to be changed. The customers can get sick like this. Staff communicated in a pleasant, courteous manner!

Empanas are delicioso specially my favorite yuca empanada . It feels like it’s actually hand made ..
the rest of the dishes aren’t well to taste . I have tried fried chiken and it’s more oil and too much of the crust chiken was also burned .
I have also tried the quesadilla . They say much people eat with their eye . Buts mine just puts them away . Meat was dry I could feel the cheese . And the outside was over cooked .
The Chimi has a great taste , Ober toast the bread ? all the time .
I’ll stick to the yuca empanada and the fresh smoothie. 10/10 for it .

The empanadas are delicious with an assortment of different flavors . The smoothies are natural with great flavors.Also They have great costumer service the employees are very friendly.

I ordered a beef chimi with fries. It taste delicious, but I could have been much better. The only downfall was the bread was a bit hard ( over toasted ) the cabbage was hard and more fries will be better.

The empanadas are delicious here and the sauce they pair them up with is beyond amazing. But when I visit to make a purchase there is an older woman on Tuesdays she is there I go after 3 pm normally. She is very accommodating and polite with persons of her own ethnicity. I’m PR , and I feel insulted by her mannerisms with servicing me . My son has witnessed her behavior as well . She does not greet me , she is silent she does not speak . She stares at me when I approach the counter does nt ask what I want and is no help when I try to pronounce the Latin titles for the food items on the menu. If I’m struggling she stares and does not show me or tell me what is in the empanadas or which one she has she points at the menu. Not everyone is from the same demographics . She charges me for the extra packet of sauces but when the younger female works and I ask she gives me extra sauce with no charge . And she is more polite and accommodating. This woman seems to purposely make me wait long for orders , she added an extra dollar after ringing everything up did not answer when I asked her why the extra charge when the order fee was already summed up with tax included . She first say Ty and has a stoic look on her face when dealing with me. She always takes customers that came in after me ahead of me . She is very rude . The food is good I do not want to stop going but I may consider . I do not feel welcomed there when she is serving .

We had one pizza empanada which was our favorite. The chicken and cheese empanada was ok, I’m not a fan of when the chicken is put on a blender/processor to make the chicken. The beef was ok as well. We also had the Cuban which was nothing to brag about. overall would I go out my way to come here, probably not.

Honestly, it's not a real Dominican food. The place was clean, not that organized. The person at the counter didn't have a nice attitude. The food is far from tasting like Dominican food. I ordered some food and I think that I was better off buying an oil gallons.
