I rarely if ever leave bad reviews but I've given this place a few tries at separate times during the year and both the service and food have been horrible all those times. If you try to order on Ubereats, expect to wait over an hour to get your food ready (could be as simple as empanadas or a quipe) before your driver even goes to pick it up. Likewise in person, ordering from the display case had us waiting more than 20mins for these to be heated up. The music in the establishment is always ridiculously loud and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Spend your money elsewhere.

I order a ham send cheese and a cheese,chicken and corn empanadas and this was what I received it’s something unfair that they charging mad expensive for this type of food

This place used to be called “Empanadas RD,” but the name has been changed to Bocao. I’m not sure if by changing the name they also changed the distributor that makes the frozen foods for them, such as empanadas, quipes, and yuca balls… because they taste completely different now. Today is the last day I buy anything from this place. I ordered quipes that had bits of stones or soil in them when chewed, and the yuca balls were completely TASTELESS; no salt or seasoning at all! My family and I were always uncomfortable with the indifferent customer service from the lady in charge of taking the orders, but we let it slide because the food was good. Now this business gave me all the reasons to stop spending my money on it: terrible customer service and disgusting, low-quality food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
