Food is it good and affordable. I had a Yaroa with meat and yellow platain and it tasted soooo good. The lady that took my order was very nice and I will def come back as it is hard to find dominican spots with good food.

They have good customer service, and good prices, but the empanas, which are their strength, have nothing inside. I went from NJ to try the Dominican flavor and I didn't like it. In Paterson I find better places. Thank you for your services but I will not return. The empanadas come very dry with nothing inside, the quipes taste bad, the flavors must improve even if the prices increase

The cashier at the front who is the same one who takes calls has a very unpleasant attitude. I called for a delivery and she put me on a 10 minute wait for her to serve other people. The fact that I call doesn't make my order less than what they are there, and when I told her about it her attitude was very disgusting

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the service at the front from the lady. Both times I visited, I received an insufficient amount of sauce for the number of empanadas I ordered. On my second visit, I politely requested extra sauce, only to be told that I had already been given enough.
Rather than addressing the issue calmly or explaining if there was an extra charge for additional sauce, the staff member responded by raising her voice, which was both unnecessary and unwelcoming. A clear and courteous communication about any extra charges would have resolved the situation easily.
Additionally, the food quality was lacking. As someone else mentioned, the empanadas tasted like potted chicken, which was disappointing.
Overall, the confrontational attitude made the experience unpleasant. Customer service should prioritize making patrons feel welcome and respected.

The truth is, highly recommended, I have been several times and they have very good service, very good food in general, I think it is a good place to eat Dominican cravings.
I went today because I wanted to try the empanadas here because the ones in the DR were very good and the service was excellent, but here it's the opposite. The young woman who served me was very rude, the juice I bought was too sweet and the empanadas were nothing. to do with what they did in the DR, I was definitely disappointed, mainly because of the young woman who serves, who is quite unpleasant.
