They never got my order correct. Twice , I'm totally disappointed. When I tried to tell the female about the wrong order she finally agreed but ignored me and started talking in her native language and wouldn't talk so I could understand. I had to tel her I won't order from your restaurant anymore and I had to hang up . With her , customer service Sucks ‼️

I have only ordered take out for delivery and they always get my order wrong something is always missing and it’s been three times they promise to bring whatever is missing and never bring it. I also don’t like how they are and how they do not work with you I also don’t like their food that much. Not the best but is the ONLY Chinese around me that delivers to my dead end block. I’m not ordering from here again not even last resort. I’d rather order Uber eats and it’s ten times more expensive than this.

The family and I love this Chinese food place, and we always order from there every weekend. Last night, we ordered food from them, but afterwards, we felt really uncomfortable and couldn't sleep until 5:30AM. We woke up with stomach pains, threw up a lot, and number TWO… Now we're sad to say that it seems like their food was POISONED !

I grew up on Sedgwick so I’ve been riding food here since I was 19 ! They never faill me ! They wings are always fresh off the stove , it’s best to order around 10 cause the food is alwaysss hot ! Something they answer the phone & tell you hold on bc they be getting so many orders but I think they deserve a lot of tips ! They do have great customer service & there is always a young lady with a nice tone that be having the orders on point ! Then there is a mean one but they food is worth the wait and attitude! GREATTT FOOD & Prices I PROMISE !

Called them 8:30pm food didn’t arrive till 10pm. One order was fried shrimp and fries. The shrimp still had poop in it. They obviously don’t clean they shrimp. I only ordered from them because they deliver (didn’t even come upstairs) won’t be ordering from them again. I’ll stick to going to my Chinese store by me.
