Good day was just on line the staff needs to be trained on how to eliminate the problem of the wait. It’s not right that they have people on the side waiting for there orders. I’ve been coming to this shop for years. As of today no longer because I was at the window and the gentleman working behind had about 10 bags of bagels in front of me and someone skipped the line. So frustrating so as of today you lost my business

Very good quality bagels of many different flavors. Buy a dozen to get the best deal.
I lived in this neighborhood for decades and it is extremely sad how this area changed. I remember the boys that worked at the bagel shop cheerful, joyful, cool fast guys! These new awful employees suck, they are miserable, ruined the atmosphere, burn the bagels, bagels are not the same and they are judgmental people, just horrible. I rather travel to New Rochelle than deal with these jerks!

This place has the best bagels. Their bagels are so soft and delicious 😋. The scallion cream cheese is perfect. I love the variety of bagels they have and you cant beat the price. They always have a line outside but it goes rather quickly.
In my opinion this is just bread shaped like a bagel, I think the appeal is that is a “fresh” baked bread, my biggest per peeve about this place is that they don’t make any effort to monitor their lines, there are people blocking sidewalk all morning and business doesn’t care as long as they make a sale, do better!!
