Fish N' Ting Restaurant, Bar & Lounge

I ordered a shrimp Rasta pasta the same as always ask for them to add more cheese & was charged for it. The shrimp were very small & pasta wasn’t fully cooked through. They ask if I want a drink I picked the homemade fruit punch that they told me cost $4 but was charged $6 for a little drink that’s no bigger than a chubby soda. What rip off

The amount of people that rave about this place, I just couldn’t wait to try it for myself. So here we are on this fine Thursday evening and I ordered myself a fried chicken with rice and peas and cabbage, ordered my mom, jerk chicken, rice and peas with cabbage. When I tell you, this is by far the worst Jamaican food I have yet to taste, I am curious as to what all the raves were about! The cabbage had absolutely no seasoning, no flavor, no taste! The fried chicken was dry, the rice was dry and bland, and it had no flavor and no seasoning as well. Needless to say, I will never be ordering from this place again, and they should be ashamed to call
themself a Caribbean restaurant!

Great food but terrible customer service I absolutely love your restaurant the food is amazing! But honestly, some of your staff could really use hospitality training. There’s no reason I should be leaving upset just because an employee didn’t want to serve me over something as small as extra gravy. Without customers, there wouldn’t even be a business, so the service needs to reflect that.

It's always a nice experience before.. Since recently the new servicer they have there are So Rude and unprofessional.. I have to tell one if she don't like her job she doesn't have to do it...And it seems as if it gonna get worst.

I've been coming here for years. One of the workers who I'm familiar with and look fwd to seeing in my stops is Sonia. One of the main reasons "was" The ambiance along with the Food/Drinks and service. Now that COVID-19 has forced businesses like this to stop indoor dining... I primarily will ALWAYS comeback for their Fruit Punch‼️
Today, however, there were no Fruit Punch available until a later part of the day which was irrelevant to my schedule.
The server, Mel (a lovely young sister), seeing how disappointed I was of this news took the liberty of calling their other location (which I'd forgotten existed and never visited) to see if there were Fruit Punch options available. THERE WERE! ??☺️ She asked the manager to give her a count of how many they had and I scurried over and bought All 5 left in shock.
Moral of the Story is "Get your Fruit Punches while they last! Because they don't die to their AMAZING Flavor and consistency. And if you're into it... Try the Rum Punch too???

Whst kind of establishment charges you extra to fry the fish and the fish meal already $23.....then I had to turn around because they forgot part of my order...this is joke overpriced food with no taste

I ordered via Uber app and was told that not all the items I see available to order is correct on the app. I ordered Red Peas soup from the app and was sent a soup only to find out it is salmon soup. I guess they choose for me.
The oxtail with rice and peas I couldn’t eat because I have never tasted rice and peas that flavor and it was lumpy and tasted burnt. My dog didn’t eat the oxtail and he likes Jamaican food. If he didn’t eat it then I am not eating it. I have no idea what that meat was Overall I was very disappointed that I wasted over almost $40 on food I can’t eat. Top it off with below par customer service. The person who answered when I called to find out what type of soup was in the container just directed me to the Uber app to get a refund and told me I need to update the Uber app.
One customer lost forever. A simple apology goes a long way and I didn’t get that. I was blamed for not updating my app before I placed my order. SMH

Ordered pick up and didn’t get what I ordered!! Called to get help and was put on hold for 25 minutes!! Then called back and NO ANSWER!!!! Could care less about customer satisfaction!!! And the food was wrong and mediocre!!!! Make sure you check your to go order!!!! Never again !!!!
