They did not serve me, I had to gather the food myself, pay for it, take it off premises to my own kitchen, then assemble it, cook it, plate and serve it myself in my own dining room. Not what I would call a restaurant.

I don’t even know how they get 3.5 stars on google, they are scamming people, I ordered 2 orders of chicken wings with fried rice and a order beef mix vegetables with 3 soups, they charged me 50 bucks on that, however at this time money don’t worth anything I understand their price change but the chickens taste weird and funny, all the meats are black, beef are made just like rubber, how are the quality of the food can match the price like that? I called them back and the laddie are very rude first thing she told me no refund no exchange, not even feel sorry or guilt , 1 star is even too much for the people like them

The Chinese lady behind counter very rude. Never have I experienced a nasty attitude before I even place an order? I live in a building with 160 tenants I will make sure they won't order from here.. go back to where you used to be?

Ribs burned to a crisp mixed in with the rest, you could tell they were old and burned, trying to tell me a little overcooked. Won't eat there

The location at Boston Rd Bronx needs to be looked into. Horrible customer service. If the employees at this location have an attitude about dealing with large orders they shouldn't be working. The cashier was rude. Complaining about the size of the online order. Then dropped the food on the counter and said, "Here! Come get your food!" with a nasty on condescending tone. Other people in the restaurant were also shocked and commented on how rude she was. It was rather embarrassing since it was really not necessary.
