The fish market was okay many different variety of fishes compared to the rest of the bronx, however the king fish didn't have the option where you could have the tail alone sliced, all the other parts were sliced already and also while a worker was unpacking fishes into the tray a fish fell on the floor and I mentioned it to him, and he said I know, and left it on the floor regardless,and kept unpacking the others fishes, it took another representative in the store who saw what happened to come and pick the fish up therefore unfortunately Fordham fish market will not get any business from me moving foward

Tried this place for the first time. Prices are high and the shrimp was not the greatest. Go to 205 Norwood brainbridge fish market or Chinatown for cheaper and better quality.

Purchased “wild salmon” from here and when I got home I soaked the fish in just water and the water was pink. Buy at your own risk.

The place isn't as big as my usual spot but their fish is very fresh and of good quality.The people running it were very helpful when I went to buy some fish and their prices were very decent. I would rate it five stars if they also had a built in takeout spot that served Fried food alongside of selling their fish but you can't have everything. Would still go here whenever I'm in the area and need fish tho.
